**Responsibilities**

Role Purpose


The Financial Analyst will play an integral role in the day-to-day management of Talent Finance, including payment, tracking, budgeting, and forecasting. This position will report to the Director, Talent and Remote Production Finance.





Responsibilities




+ Process weekly talent payroll – including preparation of payroll forms, updating submission log, and sending weekly email updates

+ Own accounts payable responsibilities for foreign talent and Talent Department: accurately code invoices, coordinate approvals, update operators and team members, and work with vendors as needed

+ Maintain talent database and files

+ Prepare quarterly AFTRA submissions

+ Engage as main point of contact with Talent Dept. to answer payment questions, prepare ad hoc reporting, assist with various research projects, etc. on a daily basis

+ Assist with quarterly closing process: journal entries, variance analysis, and post close financial reporting

+ Assist with maintaining and updating Talent Department budget

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Basic Qualifications




+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

+ Minimum two (2) year's hands-on accounting experienceAdditional Qualifications

+ Excellent computer and analysis skills, particularly in Excel

+ Strong communication skillsEligibility Requirements
