As aCustodialNight ParkService Attendant (3rd shift),it is all in the details. Help create a spotless, sparking resort! The Universal Orlando Custodial Team takes pride in creating an atmosphere that is pristine. Our guests appreciate the care we take in providing them a clean resort.



CustodialNight ParkService Attendants (3rd shift)at Universal Orlando are responsible for:





+ Maintaining park quality standards by thoroughly performing all cleaning duties including cleaning restrooms, emptying trash cans, sweeping and general cleaning.



+ Working both indoors and outdoors.



+ Providing excellent service by interacting with guests or other team members, answering questions, supplying directions.



+ Monitoring an inventory of cleaning supplies and paper products for designated area and be ready to restock as needed.



+ Heavy duty industrial cleaning such as pressure washing, hosing, waxing, buffing, high dusting and heavy lifting.



+ Understanding and actively participating in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established Universal Orlando policies, procedures, training and Team Member involvement activities.



+ Performing other duties as assigned.













Requirements







To perform the role of a Custodial Night Park Service Attendant (3rd shift) successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.





+ High school degree or GED.



+ Six months to one year cleaning experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.



+ Ability to print and speak simple sentences.



+ Ability to write simple correspondence.



+ Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.



+ Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals and ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.



+ Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions.



+ Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.





The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of the Custodial Night Park Service Attendant (3rd shift) job.



While performing the duties of this job, the individual is required to:





+ Regularly (2/3 of the time or more) stand; walk; talk or hear; use hands and fingers to, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands or arms; lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.



+ Frequently (1/3 to 2/3 of the time) stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.



+ Occasionally (1/3 of the time or less) climb or balance; lift and/or move up to more than 100 pounds, up to 500 pounds with the assistance of a utility truck.



+ Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more), color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors).

While performing the duties of this job, the individual is required to:





+ Regularly (2/3 of the time or more) be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.



+ Frequently (1/3 to 2/3 of the time) be exposed to vibration.



+ Occasionally (1/3 of the time or less) be exposed to wet, humid conditions (non-weather), work near moving mechanical parts, work in high, precarious places, fumes or airborne particles.



+ Be exposed to moderate noise level work environment.
